Lucky Bee Jewelry Shipping Policy

Domestic

All orders placed within the US are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer two shipment methods with different delivery time frames depending on your location.

  • USPS First Class shipping
    Items will be delivered in 5 – 7 business days for orders shipping to the West Coast, and 3 - 4 business days for orders shipping to the East Coast.
  • USPS Priority Mail
    Items will be delivered in 3 – 5 business days across the US. This option includes Saturday delivery to most locations.

International

We ship to 22 countries nationwide! All international shipments are made with the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the ePacket shipping service.  For tracking information and package status visit the https://k2track.com/usps/tracking


We strive to produce and ship all our custom-orders as soon as possible; however international shipments may take up to 21 business days to arrive depending on your country’s specific customs regulations and processing times which we cannot control.

Please keep in mind when ordering items that we are not responsible for the items once they leave our shop. Unfortunately, items sent with USPS are not insured, so we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Some countries may charge additional customs fees, import duties or taxes. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of you as the purchaser. To avoid any unexpected costs, we suggest checking the regulations and fees with your country's customs office.
